Provide instant hot water and in a stable manner

CHAMPION is honorable to continue to cooperate with Hong Kong and China Gas Co., Ltd. to promote the effectiveness and benefits of the gas dishwasher. TOWNGAS gas heater, which can provide instant 80 degree hot water and in a stable manner, with patented heat recovery technology (Patent no. HK1214910) into door type dishwashers, recycling the heat generated from dishwashers which saves energy. Water temperature preheated by the system will be increased up to 60ºC, substantially reducing the energy of heating up tap water, hence, 70% of the energy can be saved. The energy efficiency of AS-100 (HeatPLUS) is incomparable with the traditional ones.

CHAMPOWER Energy Assessment

Detect energy consumption to reduce operating costs

To help the catering industry reduce rising energy costs, we launched the "CHAMPOWER” Energy Assessment, which can help you identify energy-saving opportunities, verify the efficiency of your existing dishwashers, and make informed decisions on investing in energy-saving solutions.

We use smart meters to measure the energy consumption of dishwashers. The installation is simple and convenient. After collecting relevant data, we will also provide customers with detailed energy consumption reports. From it you can detect energy waste, verify saving efficiency, identify saving opportunities and analyze saving benefit.

Mini Flight Type Dishwasher with heat recovery System - AS-F(MG)

Dual Benefit of Energy Saving and efficiency

To cope with the labour shortage and rapidly increasing operational costs, we have demonstrated the latest energy-saving and efficiency dishwasher – AS-F(MG) Mini Flight Type Dishwasher with Heat Recovery System.

AS-F(MG) equipped with the patent heat recovery system, it can recover the steam to preheat the water and achieve a saving over 48 percent of energy consumption compared with conveyor type dishwasher.

And its unique feature – it can offer a cleaning efficiency that is 250 per cent better than conveyor type dishwashers. For example, using a conveyor type dishwasher, it would take about three hours to clean around 10,000 utensils. With a mini flight-type, only one hour would be needed. As a result, productivity is enhanced, and labour costs are cut.
