The competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises lies in their flexibility, creativity, and keen market perception and responsiveness. Champion (Champion Chemicals Ltd.), a company that has long sold dishwasher detergents, recognized market demand and potential. They expanded from selling and renting dishwashers to designing and manufacturing their own commercial dishwashers, a prime example of this.

The leap from "one-stop service" to "independent research and development"

Zhuohui was founded in 1993, initially focusing on selling commercial dishwasher detergents. While serving our customers, we discovered that problems often stemmed from a mismatch between detergent and dishwasher. To address this fundamental issue, we began offering a comprehensive service offering both detergent and dishwasher sales and rentals.

However, at the time, local repair services for foreign brands were often inadequate, so we resolutely took on the repair work. This decision allowed us to accumulate valuable experience and gain a deeper understanding of the design strengths and weaknesses of various dishwasher brands—European machines were energy-efficient but slow, while American machines were fast but consumed a lot of energy. This insight inspired a bold idea:Why don’t we create a dishwasher that combines the strengths of each company and is more suitable for the local market?

Therefore, in 2002, we began to prepare for independent research and development, and officially launched the product in 2004, becomingHong Kong's first commercial dishwasher brand and manufacturer.

Integrating the best of all: Creating an efficient and environmentally friendly Hong Kong brand

Our design philosophy is very clear:Create products that combine the advantages of European and American modelsTake the high-speed model AS-44B launched at that time as an example, it achieved a major breakthrough in performance:

  • Speed and efficiency: It could wash 225 screen dishes per hour, surpassing similar foreign models at the time.
  • Energy saving and environmental protection: The total power is only 46kW, far lower than the competitor's 72kW; the water consumption per screen is only 2 liters, which is more than half of the competitor's 5 liters.

This design not only improves customers' operational efficiency, but also brings them tangible cost savings.

Beyond products: Earn trust with consulting services and comprehensive support

Zhuohui's success is not only based on high-quality products. We have been committed to providing services that exceed expectations from the beginning:

  • Comprehensive cost-benefit analysis: We provide free consulting services to our customers, accurately calculating how much they can save on electricity, water, sewage, detergents, and even tableware breakage by switching to our products. Some customers save as much as 5,000 to 8,000 yuan per month.
  • Flexible leasing options: We have broken the industry norm and expanded our "all-inclusive meal rental" service, which was previously only available to large chain groups, to small and medium-sized restaurants such as tea restaurants, canteens, and noodle shops, allowing customers of all sizes to enjoy efficient and clean services without any burden.
  • A commitment to treating everyone equally: We firmly believe in the power of word-of-mouth, providing every client with the same professional consulting services and attentive follow-up. As founder Mr. Sun Lixiong said, "Word-of-mouth from our clients and referrals to others in the industry is our reward!"

Time Life GroupDuring the visit at that time, it was confirmed that after switching to Champion dishwashers, the speed and cleanliness were no less than before.Electricity and water bills were reduced by 15% to 20%.
