Account Manager (F&B Industry)

Your Mission

In an era of increasingly stringent food safety and hygiene standards, you will be more than just a salesperson; you will be the most trusted hygiene solutions consultant for our clients in the catering industry. Your mission is to gain a deep understanding of the operational challenges—the "pain points"—faced by clients such as restaurant chains, hotel food and beverage departments, and central kitchens. By leveraging [Company Name]'s market-leading products and professional expertise, you will provide them with one-stop cleaning and disinfection solutions for everything from front-of-house to back-of-house. You will help them to improve operational efficiency, guarantee food safety, and achieve their sustainability goals.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Understand client needs in order to provide professional cleaning and hygiene solutions.
  • Achieve company sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • uild long-term customer relationships by providing expert knowledge, advice on equipment maintenance, and a personalised service.
  • Promote company products, including commercial dishwashers and cleaning supplies.

What We're Looking For

  • Educated to a secondary school (Form 5 equivalent) or college/tertiary level.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with 1-2 years of sales experience or relevant experience in property management, catering, or the hotel industry.
  • A positive, service-oriented attitude, strong sales skills, and a high level of motivation
  • Fluent in Cantonese, with a good command of English and Mandarin.
  • Comprehensive in-house training will be provided (recent graduates are welcome to apply).

Your Development Blueprint: From Trainee Specialist to Account Manager

We have designed a six-month structured development programme for new team members to help you steadily grow into an industry expert:

  • Phase 1: Structured Training (First 3 months) – You will gain in-depth knowledge of CHAMPION's leading products, key industry insights, and our consultative sales methodology.
  • Phase 2: On-the-Job Practice (Latter 3 months) – Under the guidance of a senior manager, you will begin to handle real client cases, participating in client visits and the design of tailored solutions.

Promotion and Your Career Launch

Upon successful completion of the trainee development programme, you will be formally promoted to Account Manager. At that point, we will provide you with:
