Since September 2015, CHAMPION has been collaborating with the Department of Environmental Science and Technology at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, serving as the business advisor for this year's graduating class's Capstone Project.
Our research project, "Resource Utilization and Food Waste Management in the Food Service Industry," aimed to raise awareness of energy conservation by studying the effectiveness of heat recovery dishwashers. CHAMPION's role was to provide industry insights and assist students in completing this research. The results showed that CHAMPION's heat recovery technology can reduce dishwashing energy consumption by 481 TP3T.
In addition to contributing to local academic research, it can also greatly promote the continued development of the catering industry.
