Since 2015, CHAMPION has participated as a technology representative for automated cleaning equipment in the "Catering Industry Automation Upgrade Scheme" organized by the Catering Industry Federation and implemented by the Hong Kong Productivity Council.
This project aims to gather best practices in the catering industry and condense them into two sets of educational technology videos: one focusing on kitchen operations and the other on floor operations. Together with a set exploring catering automation technologies, this constitutes three sets of videos. The goal is to provide operators with the latest, most accurate, and important industry information, assisting catering professionals in making informed decisions regarding automation implementation. CHAMPION has provided technical visits to our company in conjunction with the Hong Kong Productivity Council to understand the latest automation developments in cleaning equipment. We assisted in filming educational videos on kitchen automation and provided a detailed seminar for the industry on December 7, 2016.
